1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Bus Buddies's services, including but not limited to tour bookings, travel arrangements, and related services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking: Bookings can be made phone, or in person. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• Payment: 30% booking amount during the time of booking. Full payment is generally due 1 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise specified. Payment methods may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and government taxes.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before departure will incur complete return of advance paid. Cancellations made within 1 days of departure may be subject to a higher cancellation fee or 5% return in advance amount.

  • Force majeure events may be subject to different cancellation policies.

    
    

3. Services & Responsibilities

• Services Included: The specific services included in each tour package will be clearly outlined in the itinerary.

• Bus Buddies's Responsibilities:

  • To make all reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth and enjoyable operation of the tour.

  • To provide the services as described in the itinerary.

  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Client Responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate and complete passenger information.

  • To ensure they have the necessary travel documents (tickets, passport, visa, etc.).

  • To comply with all local laws and regulations.

  • To behave responsibly and respectfully towards other travelers, guides, and local communities.

    
    

4. Liability

• Bus Buddies shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by:

  • Acts of God, war, terrorism, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Negligence or willful misconduct of third parties.

  • Medical emergencies or personal injuries.

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Any delays or cancellations due to transportation issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Bus Buddies reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Bus Buddies will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

  
  

5. Insurance

• Bus Buddies recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

• Bus Buddies may offer travel insurance options, but it is not mandatory.

  
  

6. Data Protection

• Bus Buddies will collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.

8. Amendments
Bus Buddies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website.

9. Toll Charges:
All toll charges incurred during the tour will be borne by the Client as per the actual amount charged at the toll gates.

10. Parking Charges:
All parking charges incurred during the tour will be borne by the Client as per the actual amount charged at the parking locations.

11. Local Entry Fees:
All entry fees to monuments, museums, parks, and other attractions visited during the tour will be borne by the Client as per the actual charges at the respective sites.

12. Inter-state Taxes:
Any inter-state taxes applicable during the tour, such as road taxes or entry taxes to other states, will be borne by the Client as per the actual charges.

13. Driver Bata:
A fixed driver bata per day will be applicable to cover driver expenses such as meals and refreshments. Same will be applicable if the driving continues during the night time. Day timings 6AM-10PM, Night timings 10PM-6AM.
